We love creating spaces where people can connect.
Perhaps you do too.

There are two ways to use our space.

Space Rentals (Paid) - Reserve our space for your private event, business meeting, company retreat, or family gathering. These paid rentals fuel our mission of "connecting neighbors across difference" and support our Sidewalk Hospitality programming, as well as other conversation-building, empathy-advancing initiatives like the Human Library

Community Use (Free) - Non-profit organizations, community groups, and neighbors may request to use our space at no cost or reduced cost when it is not being rented. This is our way of creating opportunities for neighbors to connect.

Space Rental Rates

We love making our space available to individuals & organizations at affordable prices. Here are our space rental fees:

  • $100 - one hour event

  • $150 - two hour event

  • $200 - three hour event

  • $250 - four hour event

This rate includes room set up/clean up, access to our AV equipment, coffee, tea & hot chocolate.
