Space to Work, Meet & Gather.

Throughout the week, neighbors use our space for co-working.

Whether it’s studying for an exam, finding a quiet corner to finish a big project, or meeting with a small team, we offer all kinds of environments where individuals or groups can get things done. Co-working, along with space rental, fuels our neighborhood-based mission of “connection neighbors across difference.”

Our standard co-working day rate is $25/day. Our standard individual co-working membership rate is $100/month, and our standard team co-working membership is $350/month. However, to make our space fully inclusive to our neighbors and to encourage the work of start-ups and other neighborhood entrepreneurs, we offer a variety of membership discounts, including student discounts and equity discounts (for individuals & teams whose resources necessitate a reduced rate). We accept one-time reservations for our workspaces.

Our day rate grants purchasers access to our co-working space. Each space is available on a first come, first served basis.

We also offer co-working memberships.

Co-working memberships give individuals and teams full access to the space and our cafe. Individual memberships are perfect for solo co-workers looking for a private space to get something done. Team memberships allow groups of 3-6 co-workers to use our space to collaborate with one another on a regular basis. Both individual and team memberships include access to our cafe as well as free printing.

Co-working hours are 8:00am to 5:00pm. If you’d like to work beyond these hours or have any co-working questions, simply reach out to our team to make special arrangements.

Our community space has six private rooms, and a variety of group meeting options.
