Located in the heart of Pleasant Ridge, Community Happens Here creates spaces and offers hospitality to bring our neighborhood together.
Sidewalk Hospitality
We create space for authentic hospitality each week on Saturdays from 11am to 1pm. Sidewalk Hospitality is open to the public and staffed by teen volunteers.
Co-Working Space
We provide open work space, as well as rooms for meetings and teleconferencing. We enjoy building partnerships with other organizations that need room to work, meet and grow.
Community Programming
We offer programs for all ages, including, Coffee Cup Cafe, Care-Free Friday Playgroup, and occassional collage/self-care workshops.

Play in the Park
Community Happens Here is proud to return to Play in the Park at Kennedy Heights Park (6039 Kennedy Ave) on Wednesday, June 25th. We’ll be joining The University of Cincinnati Community Band for a celebration of classical music and neighborhood connection.
Play in the Park is a community initiative that activates Kennedy Heights Park on Wednesday evenings throughout the summer. Learn more about Play in the Park.

Enchanted Tea Weekend
Community Happens Here is partnering with Imagine Cincinnati to present Enchanted Tea Weekend, a celebration of wonder and whimsy, complete with playful crafts, delicious snacks, and a Fairy Garden competition.

Our facility includes co-working space and meeting rooms, as well as indoor and outdoor environments for community events. We’re always seeking co-workers who are neighborhood-focused and have a developed sense of social purpose. We provide an inclusive and supportive environment for new ideas, human connection, and success. Co-working members support the neighborhood hospitality and educational programming of Community Happens Here.
