Community Use

Co-working memberships, paid space rentals, and generous donations from our neighbors empower us to present conversation-building, empathy-advancing programming like Sidewalk Hospitality and the Human Library to our community.

When our space is not being rented or utilized by co-workers, we leverage our building and grounds for the good of our neighborhood.

That’s why we open our space for community use.

Community Use Expectations

Individuals, small groups, books clubs, and cause-based organizations may reserve our space for community use.

Those who reserve our space for community use receive access to Community Happens Here.

However, community use reservations do not come with space set up or clean up, or with coffee, tea & hot chocolate pre-brewed. They also do not entitle a reservation holder to a specific room or floor in our space.

Community use reservation holders are responsible for cleaning the space after they use it, and may be asked to reschedule or pivot if another paid space reservation requires use of our building or grounds at the time of the community use reservation.

Reserve our space for community use.
